Amazingly great and amicable employees.
Good, incredible setting right by the centre of Liverpool and bars and restaurants as well as the train station. Beautiful large rooms especially in bedroom.

Really lovely stay, all fab.
A holiday base for sightseeing in Liverpool. Amazingly great and amicable personal. Amazing setting close to everything. Near all the local shops, the center of Liverpool and the shopping centre.

In general rooms are big size especially in bedroom. The venue has marvellous and particularly good setting to bars. The people working here are extremely friendly and helpful.

The best aspect of our stay was the amazing location. We were right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere. Another positive was the size of the apartment, it was perfect for our group of five. We had enough space to relax and the kitchenette was a bonus, allowing us to make breakfast and enjoy tea and coffee. Lastly, the fact that fresh sheets and towels were provided was a nice touch.
The worst aspect of our stay was the cleanliness. the floors hadn't been properly swept or vacuumed, and the bathroom was in need of a deep clean.

The location here is great, just next to Liverpool, and the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bed was really comfortable despite some difficulty sleeping. I will definitely return.
